Update the server and five debugging modules, regenerate dependency credits,
and refresh static curl and the native Red Hat CA mitigation.
Preserve Kafka's default broker protocol and terminal widths. Copy the
returned DARE plaintext when unsealing legacy keys, and cover old encrypted
keys, Kafka producer exchanges, and MinKMS TLS identity with regression tests.
Keep the published PGSTY component references for reproducible builds.
Validated with make test, targeted race tests, module integrity and tidy
checks, and govulncheck v1.9.0 source analysis. Rechecked the frozen source
and artifact hashes behind the earlier whole-stack compatibility evidence.

Remove the eight explicit curve overrides so Go 1.27 honors tlsmlkem=0
across Server listeners, node links and outbound transports. Remove the
unused shared curve option and add wire-level regression coverage.
Document CA trust and TLS upgrade behavior, retain the investigation
artifacts, and exclude their synthetic routes from the rebrand guard.
The product compatibility baseline remains unchanged.
Validation: focused race tests, HTTP tests, lint, compatibility guard
positive/negative controls, and a fresh Linux build with three isolated
OIDC integration scenarios all pass.
Adversarial review: Claude Code Fable 5.1, max effort.
Final verdict: APPROVE FOR COMMIT.

This commit removes FIPS 140-2 related code for the following
reasons:
- FIPS 140-2 is a compliance, not a security requirement. Being
FIPS 140-2 compliant has no security implication on its own.
From a tech. perspetive, a FIPS 140-2 compliant implementation
is not necessarily secure and a non-FIPS 140-2 compliant implementation
is not necessarily insecure. It depends on the concret design and
crypto primitives/constructions used.
- The boringcrypto branch used to achieve FIPS 140-2 compliance was never
officially supported by the Go team and is now in maintainance mode.
It is replaced by a built-in FIPS 140-3 module. It will be removed
eventually. Ref: https://github.com/golang/go/issues/69536
- FIPS 140-2 modules are no longer re-certified after Sep. 2026.
