Feng Ruohang 0cd388c666 fix(iam): persist and propagate scoped STS revocation
Enumerate durable STS identities for parent/type revocation, retain the
operation cutoff, and notify sibling caches for each committed deletion.
Repair missed notifications during periodic object/etcd IAM refresh.

Carry immutable STS tombstones and expiry through the existing IAM revision
protocol and deletion healing. Delayed creation cannot undo revocation,
while unrelated and newly issued keys stay valid. Keep partial failures
visible while propagating the successfully committed deletions.

Cover uncached credentials, warm sibling caches, dropped notifications,
object/etcd backends, reordered replay, concurrent issuance and partial
persistence failure. No new dependencies or authentication-path I/O.

Feng Ruohang 1748f62c7e fix(pools): preserve delete markers and recheck migration cleanup
Move solitary and null delete markers instead of dropping them, including
idempotent UUID marker retries. Check that a reader's source version still
exists before moving it, and preserve the established read winner for
conflicting timestamp ties.

Retire only the versions that were successfully moved while holding the
pooled object lock. Recheck the source and retained copies before cleanup,
so concurrent deletes and uncertain destination reads cannot revive data.
Count remaining markers when verifying decommission completion.

Add two/three-pool walker, history, purge, concurrent-delete, read-fault,
and timestamp-tie regressions.

Feng Ruohang 7007c164a5 build: remove ripgrep from rebrand verification
Use the existing Git tool to scan source files, including untracked files and exported source trees. Preserve hidden-file exclusions and worktree ignore rules, and reject scanner diagnostics before filtering matches. Remove the CI installation step.

Feng Ruohang bb60871f57 build: update silo-pkg to v3.14.3
Adopt the published policy-evaluation optimization and record the source update separately from existing component releases.

Verified with repository checks, builds and relevant race tests. No component release is created.

Feng Ruohang 2c820895d7 fix(buildscripts): fail rebrand verification when ripgrep is missing
Check the existing ripgrep prerequisite before searches whose conditional
status handling would otherwise hide command-not-found failures. Preserve
untracked-file coverage and verification from a source archive without Git.

Addresses the missing-tool finding recorded in commit
4fb3a7fa3b175727db987f3ba2523c84f74d4168 without its scan-scope changes.

Feng Ruohang 2080b3d031 test(listing): cover mixed object and directory recovery groups
Extend the pending-directory collision test with absent recovery and a smaller
key. Add all six normal-object, directory, and pending-object channel orders,
checking complete-group recovery and preservation of trailing entries.

Test changes adapted from commit 557bc274a32330321fa5e5ac7636068c7bd98eb0.

Feng Ruohang 9954392605 fix(iam): normalize bulk self access-key listings
Use the existing self-service authorization helper for policyless regular
users and normalize explicit service-account and STS aliases to their parent.
Keep explicit denials and cross-user authorization intact. Assert decrypted
identity contents and negative boundaries in the existing handler tests.

### Object storage and replication
- Make durable `ListMultipartUploads` scanning the only listing path (#79):
apply prefix, delimiter, markers, ordering and the 1,000-entry page limit
globally across pools and sets, independently of node-local caches. Omit
readable historical uploads only when both bucket/key identity fields are
absent; malformed identities, uncertain coverage and resource limits remain
errors. Old uploads still support part upload, completion and cancellation
with a known bucket/key/upload ID. No backfill or new storage layout is added.
`MINIO_API_MULTIPART_LISTING` is retired and ignored with a startup warning;
historical shared `api multipart_listing` keys remain tolerated. The read-only
admin `multipart-preflight` reports `mode=persistent`; `ready` diagnoses the
absence of old records and no longer gates listing. Each page still scans
durable state within the existing 100,000-directory-entry, 30-second and
per-process concurrency budgets. See the
- Withdraw default persistent `ListMultipartUploads` scanning (#79). Restore
node-local cache listing for an empty prefix and exact-key lookup otherwise;
restart omissions, true-prefix and cache-pagination limitations remain.
Preserve bucket/key identity metadata, path safety and stale-upload cleanup.
`MINIO_API_MULTIPART_LISTING` stays retired and ignored with a startup warning;
obsolete shared `api multipart_listing` keys remain tolerated. **Existing
opt-in strict users lose durable listing and strict cancellation.** The
read-only admin `multipart-preflight` reports `mode=legacy`; its scan budgets
and readiness do not gate public listing or startup. Durable, complete,
scalable enumeration remains deferred. See the
