Der WEB-Modus transportiert gewöhnliche MTProxy-Streams über begrenzte HTTPS- oder WebSocket-Carrier, die mit dem Proxy-Typ `WEB` von Telegram Desktop kompatibel sind. Telemt terminiert TLS nicht selbst: NGINX, HAProxy oder Caddy verwaltet das öffentliche Zertifikat und leitet unverschlüsseltes HTTP/1.1 an einen privaten Telemt-Listener weiter.
