WEB mode carries ordinary MTProxy streams through bounded HTTPS or WebSocket carriers compatible with Telegram Desktop's `WEB` proxy type. Telemt does not terminate TLS: NGINX, HAProxy, or Caddy owns the public certificate and forwards plain HTTP/1.1 to a private Telemt listener.
